Privacy policy

Rescue One Restoration is a service of Timberline Digital LLC ("Rescue One Restoration," "we," "us"). This page explains what we collect through rescueonerestoration.com and our booking line, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you call or submit the form on this site, we collect what you give us to route your request: your name, phone number, the ZIP code where the work is needed, and, if you provide them, your email address and a description of the problem. We also record the page you arrived from, any advertising campaign details in the link you followed (for example a Google Ads click ID), and basic technical details (browser user agent) to help us fix bugs and see which pages and ads work.

If you call our booking line, the call is recorded — the greeting tells you this before you're connected. Recordings are used to confirm what was discussed and are not sold or shared outside our own operations.

What we do with it

We use what you give us for one purpose: to match your request with an independently licensed contractor who covers your address, and to let our own booking desk know a new request has come in. We are a booking and matching service — we don't perform water, flood, fire or mold restoration work ourselves, and we don't quote prices.

If no contractor we work with covers your address yet, we keep your request, call you back, and look for a licensed contractor who does. If we can't find one, we'll tell you and close the request.

Notifying our desk means a staff member gets an email alert summarizing your request, so they can follow up quickly.

Who sees it

Your request is shared with the licensed contractor we route it to, so they can do the work and get in touch with you directly. Beyond that:

Cloudflare hosts this site, runs our database, and sends our internal notification email.
Twilio answers and records calls to our booking line.

None of these vendors may use your information for their own purposes, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

Business discovery

Our private service desk uses Google Maps Platform to look up business listings. Google Maps features are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We retain Google place identifiers and our own outreach notes. Business contact details confirmed during outreach may be saved in our customer records. We do not sell these records.

Tracking

This site loads no advertising or analytics trackers. We also keep a few small markers in your browser's own storage: which advertising channel referred you and the campaign details from the link you followed (so they can be recorded with your request). They stay in your browser and aren't shared with anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as they're useful for routing and for our own records, and delete or archive call recordings on a regular schedule.
